Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a writer, intersectional feminist, and lifelong theater creator and lover.
As a freelance musical theater librettist, lyricist, and dramaturg, I am passionate about telling stories that unite people in our common humanity, uplift underrepresented voices and perspectives, and drive meaningful and lasting social change.
I love language, and it brings me joy to help people strengthen their writing. In addition to my writing, I offer dramaturgical script consultations, particularly for new musicals. Intersectional feminism and social justice are very important to me, and the greater purpose of my work is to put more connection, communication, and empathy into the world.
New York City has been my home for more than a decade, and I am delighted to share it with my wonderful husband Keith and amazing daughter Melody!
